Simply set the OneNote printer as the printer for this utility or feature. Keep in mind that this will simply insert a picture of the page just like any other time you print to OneNote. You can not select or rearrange anything on that "page" because it is just a picture of a page. If you are scanning text then you might be better off to use the OCR software that comes with most scanners and copy and paste the recognized text from the OCR software into OneNote. It may not look exactly like the original document but it will be more useful in the end and it won't consume so darn much hard drive space.

Once the page/pages are in OneNote, right click them and select either "Copy text from this page of the printout" or "Copy text from all pages of the printout" - Paste on a new page and you have the OCRed content.
