convert to text not active
Penny 5/26/2007 1:54:00 AM
I just purchased a Tablet PC for my office, that I personally use.
Under the tools menu the convert to text is dimmed - I've tried every thing
suggested on the website I can find. All the service packs/ updates have
been installed. I had professional IT company (one we have used for several
years) set up the tablet. I am at a lost - have anyone else had this happen?
And what can I do. I am considering installing and upgrading all computers in
our office but I this feature is key for that.
Thank you in advance for your advice.

Did you create the handwriting as handwriting or as drawing objects?
(Tools --> Pen mode --> Handwriting)
