Aloha, Ben, from the Big Island. This section appeared during some (pda-specific?) operation, because at first there was just one. There was content in each. I moved what I wanted to the mobile section that was syncing correctly. Now I have to see if it re-creates itself.
I had to re-install everything a while back (very recent Tablet WinXP OS) and made the mistake of downloading and trying to install ActiveSync 4.5. It wouldn't install so stripped it out and installed 4.2. OK, should have been OK, but unlike my previous use of 4.2 (before starting fresh) Contacts wouldn't sync. Some report the same issue with a mysterious (even to MS) "Error 800703fa". MS posted a RapidPublish notice in October with no resolution or cause found.
With what I could find on the web I bet this extra section is a ActiveSync issue. I will have to back everything up and do a hard reset. I am a recent convert from Palm and I got a bit used to that (and confident that everything re-appeared) but I'll have to see if WM5 is as good at picking itself up from the dirt and going on as usual...
Thanks for your reply!
