Tab Colors

Is there a way to change the tab colors (the tabs on the right side of the
pages) so that tabs have different colors based on the page? For example, I
have PDFs copied into a dissertation folder, and want to designate
dissertations from one school in one color, and another color for a different
school. I want all of the dissertations to be in the same folder though so
they can easily be seen. I hope this question makes sense.

This is for ON2007.

not gonna happen. You can change the section color and the notebook
color, but not the page color...

have you tried using notebooks for the dissertations? Seems like it
would be just as easy, and would have the features you desire...

Eric, Thank you for the reply. I decided against different notebooks but will look into using sections and internal linking a little bit more so that annotations and PDFs are better integrated. I'm thinking of building sections for each variable and adding links to the articles. The drag and drop feature is nice for moving things around but I need to work on faster ways to move ideas around in ON. Another option is to place a tag at the top of each article with the variable names but I am not clear on how that would work. -- LPH
