I'm pretty sure I did use the key provided at the launch event. I also thought that I activated the program according to the instructions (I never received any reminders that I needed to activate). I' thinking of re-installing Office (I just downloaded the files again). Any thoughts on that idea? Should I uninstall Office before I re-install it? Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks.
