Configuration process happens every time I load office. Why

Nearly every time I load any office component it goes through a configuration
process. This is slow and annoying. Why does it do this (Have I loaded a
component that makes this happen)? More importantly, how can I stop this?

Did post this question elsewhere and someone has responded. Unfortunately I
can't open the hyperlink to see their reply!!

It was me.

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.
