converting capitals to proper text in Word

gHelp! I've been sent a Word document that has been written entirely in
capitals. I want to convert it to proper text. Any ideas? I know it can be
done in Excel using the PROPER function. Is there somethin similar in Word?
The document is 20 pages log so I don't want to take it all into Excel.

Format | Change Case. Sentence case is probably the best bet as a starting
point, though you'll still need to go back through and recapitalize any
proper nouns or adjectives.
