duplicating text boxes in word

I have scanned a form and imported it as a picture now I need create text
oxes that are duplicates of others previously created for the form but in
another place. I'm on a mac word 2004 v11

Click on the edge of the text box, so that the outline is highlit. press
Ctrl-C to "copy", then move the cursor to the place you want a copy, and
press Ctrl-V to "paste".

If it doesn't work, try fiddling arounbd with clicking on the outline - you
probably didn't quite "catch" it first time - it takes a bit of practice.....
