One thing I've found is that capturing an entire web page isn't always necessary. Simply highlight the text you REALLY want to save, then click the OneNote button on the IE toolbar. That sends JUST the selected text to OneNote. If you have multiple items to save, repeat the process, then move the captured text items onto one page. I've found that to be handier than capturing an entire web page except in rare instances or when I'm just in a real hurry.
If I =really= need the web page formatted the same as on screen, I just print the page using the "Send to OneNote" print driver, which creates a OneNote page with what a printout of the web page would look like. The tradeoff is the lack of being able to manipulate the text in the "printout." However, I usually only need to do that when I'm capturing something like a receipt for an online purchase, for example, or in my case sometimes a doctor's office visit summary or test results from the Kaiser Permanente web site.
