I am having the same problem. I had to reload Vista on my computer due to other issues. I then installed Office for Students 2003 all was well until I went to configure my emails and I unfortunately entered the incorrect information so I could not get Office to open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office again but I get the same problem. All the other programs in Office work except for Outlook. I tried repairing Office but that did not work. i tried restoring to an earlier time but that date was not available to me. I called Dell to help me but after 2 hours on the computer remotely I gave up and had to go to bed. I called again yesterday and now they waived the $49 fee but now will fix it for $129!! I told them I could fix it for free if I started over and reinstalled Vista again and started from scratch. Is that my only solution?
