Question About the Security FAQ

In the MS Access Security FAQ (11/22/2006), in the first
item in the Table of Contents, "What are the steps to secure
a database?", the first paragraph, last sentence states:

"You may elect not to use the Security Wizard and to secure
the database manually by following these steps."

Steps 1 thru 6 seem logical enough, but in step 7...

"Open the database that you want to secure and run the
Security Wizard."

Hmmm. I thought we weren't using the Security Wizard in
these steps.

Am I missing something here?
