2009 calendar with OFFICE 2000
Jetpilot 12/21/2008 4:30:01 PM
How can I download a 2009 monthly calendar with Office 2000 / Windows XP? I
don't have the versions the templates seem to require. This will be an
activity calendar in which I need to enter events. Thank you!

Have you checked the Outlook calendar? In later versions of Office, the
Outlook calendar goes on for decades.

You should have what you need in 2000. When you go to File --> New (not =
the toolbar button..., but on the menu itself)... and you open the NEW =
documents Dialog Box, you should see multiple tabs of document templates =
and wizards. The window usually opens to the General Tab.... but you =
should also see Letters & Faxes, Memos and Other Documents. If you have =
the Other Documents tab -- click on it and you should find the Calendar =
Wizard. When you run the wizard -- it will ask for dates and it will =
create a 2009 calendar. You may want to tweak font size and some of =
those things... but the calendar will be ready for you to enter data.

Microsoft is no longer producing templates that aren't designed for Office
2007. Start with a prvious year, save it as a new name and start editing it.
