I have created a document in my 2007 Office Home/Student Word. I have loaded
the compatibility pack, saved the doc in 97/2003, yet am unable to take the
doc via thumbdrive or cd to a commercial printer such as Office Depot or
Staples: they both do not have 2007. They along with Best Buy Geek Squad can
open the doc but the text is jibberish. (The doc was scanned into my word
program). What's the problem? CS at MS is unable to resolve the problem.
