If your friend is unable to write in Albanian, the correspondence between him and his girlfriend is going to be somewhat brief.
Word is not a translation program and as far as I am aware there is no Albanian dictionary available for Word
Translation tools are available on line http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGLJ_enCY264CY264&q=Translate+English+to+Albanian but invariably they produce gibberish and can only be used as a rudimentary guide. I cannot see a relationship built on the aid of such a tool lasting :(
