"[filename] is locked for editing by 'another user'." flexnfx 12/18/2008 10:24:02 PM We have users sharing/accessing Word Documents on a Shared Ntwk Drive. When they open a document, they are receiving the following message: "[filename] is locked for editing by 'another user'." Why is the message not identifying who is using the file as it should and just referring them as 'another user'.

Any other ideas?
