Hi,
I am mail merging from an Access database to Word for address labels. In Access the field is called address and looks like this:
2plan 94 South Terrace Surbiton Surrey KT6 6HU
In Word it looks like this :
2plan,[]94 South Terrace[]Surbiton[]Surrey[]KT6 6HU
Where [] is actually a little square. I have tried a find and replace but it won't paste the square. Does anyone know what this is called and how i can replace it in my Word Document with a new line so it forwards properly.
I have about 600 addresses and i can't format them all manually & my macro writing isn't brilliant, so please be specific if i need a macro.
