File Name and Path in Footers
Peggy Marlar 12/11/2008 5:23:00 PM
When sending a document as an attachment via email, the file name and path in
the footer changes from the actual file name and path the document resides to
the C drive\Documents and Setting\the user's name\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files. Does anyone know how to keep the actual File Name and Path
to remain in the footer? Thank you.

You could unlink the field before sending the document (Ctrl+Shift+F9); or
you can lock it with Ctrl+F11.
