Cannot permanently delete emails
Teri 12/30/2008 10:16:01 PM
I recently upgraded to Office 2007 and am using Outlook. It seems when I
want to read an email, I must mark it for "download". When I do this, EVERY
SINGLE message I permanently deleted (shift+delete) comes back. How to I
permanently delete those messages and still get my new ones?

Did you enable the Leave a copy of the message on the Server

Outlook\Tools\Accounts\Change\More Settings\Advanced

I didn't even know about that. Just went into my Outlook and followed the
path you advised, but I don't have " \Advanced "

Any ideas?
