Linking two contact types...i.e BCM and "normal"
Mike 3/27/2007 11:13:59 PM
OK, I am disappointed to find out that I can not edit a BCM form with my own
fields. Is there a way then to have the same contact in both BCM and normal
and link them somehow?

I am trying to find a way use BCM and Outlook with out having to use ACT as
well ...any possibility of a fix allowing to make changes in BCM 2003?

Appreciate the help

Mike:

Upgrade to BCM 2007 and you can add fields like you did in ACT! There's not
a way to link BCM contacts and Outlook contacts -- I just use BCM and forget
Outlook contacts altogether.

Lon

Mike,

You will have to upgrade to the most recently released 2007 version of
Outlook BCM to edit a form. Previous BCM versions 1 & 2 were pretty lame in
comparison to version 3. The current version still needs some work in my
opinion but it is very much improved.
