MS/Outlook I send out HTML format 2007 they receive text only Glorieta Sunsets 2/16/2007 9:58:23 PM I am sending out message through Business Contact Manager Marketing System Mass Email. I am using their wizard and am inserting graphics and multiple color text. The recipient is receiving text only. They are using XP or 2003 What is happening?

In fact they had received several emails from me (new 2007 outlook) with graphics and they all came through okay.
