MAPI was unable to load the information service IrisMS.DLL Barry Wilson 2/12/2007 7:02:01 PM Unable to run Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager when migrating to Office 2007 (Trial) I get the error: MAPI was unable to load the information service IrisMS.DLL. I went to the Help | Disable Items and re-enabled the Addin: irisms32.dll then closed and opened Outlook again. It still gives me the same message. Is the 2003 BCM incompatable with Office 2007? Will BCM work with Office 2007 Professional Version if I install it? I have Contact lists in Office 2003 BCM which I would like to access.
