Backup Business Contact Manager jerry C 12/9/2008 3:38:16 PM what would be considered the best practice for backing up biz contact mgr. I have not had much luck restoring with the original file. Often times the program will not recognize the database. I have tried with most success by exporting the data to a bcm file and then restoring. This is very time consuming. I have not yet tried to restore from a backup inside the database manager. Is this a credible process that can be depended on? jerryc
