I'm been working on figuring out BCM and have found some limitations here and there (e.g., I have been unable to add multiple contacts from the same company without having to retype all of the general information over and over.) However, I find that these things would not be issues if I were to use the My Contacts section of Outlook as opposed to the BCM Business Contacts. I just entered ~200 contacts into the BCM Business Contacts, deciding NOT to input any of the info into the My Contacts. I was thinking I didn't have to have to stay on top of two sets of data. Was this a mistake? Should I be using both for different purposes? Anyone who has some insight into a process, I'd greatly appreciate your sharing.
