Filtering in Accounts AND Contacts
cs_johnson 10/16/2008 4:30:10 PM
How can I select certain Account criteria AND certain Contact criteria in
BCM? For example, I want to select only Accounts where Account field Source
= "Trade Show" AND Contact user defined field Position = "Engineer". In
other words to send a mailer to only engineers of companies that attended a
trade show. Every filter I have found only lets me select either on Accounts
or on Contacts, but not both.

Each folder holds entities of just a single type. That's pretty much
baked into the design of regular Outlook folders, and also applies to
add-ins like BCM. However, you might be able to do what you want by
creating a Search Folder.
