Ink recognition in smartphone?
sales_rep_using_OneNote_all_the_time 3/28/2007 12:21:00 AM
What I want: I'm looking for an EV-DO revision A mobile Verizon smartphone
with a touch screen that I can both ink on and read ink from my sync'd
OneNote files from my tablet PC and synchronize with ACT! contact management
software. Any suggestions? Will it be coming eventually do you think?

Will a new Motorola Q work eventually for displaying ink from the tablet
using a software upgrade or is it text/photo only? (I assume Motorola Q will
work with OneNote, please correct me if I'm wrong.)

You can view ink on your Q with OneNote Mobile..however you cannot ink any
new text on that note.

Also smartphone != pocket pc (or in wm6 world standard != professional). So
with a smartphone or standard you cannot ink, you would need a pocketpc to
do this. In either case not supported by OneNote Mobile.
