Everything you state above literally translates into buying the wrong
product from the wrong seller. There are ample vendors of quality Tablet
PCs.
We all get burned occasionally, but my suggestion is return it as quick as
you can.
Try CNet, ZDNet, Circuit City, etc. for >customer< reviews.
