Sure, click one of the page tabs, then hold down CTRL and click the other page tab. With them both selected thusly right-click either tab and select "Group Pages". Whichever page was higher on the list will be the page; the page below will be the subpage.
Yes, that works with more than 2 pages at a time as well.
