Thanks Luther. I know I can put my desktop .pst files in Windows Briefcase on my laptop and work out of it from there. Unfortunately when I synch back to my desktop the emails will get screwed up on my desktop. Is there a file somewhere that holds only the tasks and appointments?? I may be going back to ACT.
