Change the Type of merge to "Directory" (Word 2002 or later - you can do this in one of the early steps in the Mail Merge Wizard, using the first button in the Mail Merge toolbar you can enable in WOrd 2002/2003 using View|Toolbars, or using the standard options available in the ribbon in Word 2007) or "Catalog" (Word 2000 and earlier - start the Mail Merge Helper and change the document type in Step 1)
