accessing information remotely

am a total newbie to BCM, other than that I have installed it, seen some of
the screens, and not implemented in my org. One of the reasons was that when
I first got it and went online to ask, I believe I was told there is not
really a way to integrate the BCM information with my regular contacts, to
allow for having some of that information go across and synch in my Exchange
environment. Specifically, I have mostly Blackberry users, and could convert
some to Smartphone use, but would have to offer some compelling features for
them to do so. But it sounded like neither of the two device types really
can do much with BCM. Was I misinformed, did I misunderstand, or am I still
out of luck with this product?

Even if you get the users over to a smart phone they can only sync Business
contact info
