Email Marketing Service says it sends but not sending
Joanne 12/15/2008 10:38:01 PM
I have tried everything I can think of but the email marketing service in
business contact manager doesn't actually send anything. It wouldn't allow me
to send a test email so I figured it wasn't actually sending to my contacts,
so I created one that I was the only recipient. It says it was delivered, it
was not... I did try and see if there were any updates I was missing, but
no, there weren't. I am frustrated, any ideas?

I experienced the same thing on the evening of Dec 17. the report listed all
the emails were sent yet no one received it including me on my home computer.
I spent all day looking up what might have gone wrong. I did sign up on MSN
Live today. I will check tomorrow at the store if that made any difference
and it really does send the emails. This was my first email marketing
campaign. I wish there was more support on this.

I had already signed up for MSN Live, it didn't help me, really hope someone
has the answer...

I test the same at my end and it works as expected .When you launch the
