Hi all,
I have recently encountered a problem with one of my remote BCM users. I can
successfully connect to the BCM server (2003 R2 SP2 with SQL 2005 Standard)
from their laptop (XP SP2), but when I try to change to offline mode (for the
first time), I get the error "An unknown error occurred while trying to
synchronize offline and online databases." As a result, there is no offline
database created. The user can work online ok.
Help?
