(1) Probably, although it depends on the state of your ACT database. BCM asks ACT for the data, and there have been several reports of ACT stopping when it encounters a "bad" record.
(2) You can share the BCM database of contacts, but BCM doesn't have a calendar. It links to the Outlook calendar, so you'll have to look elesewhere to share calendars. Exchange is popular.
(4) BCM doesn't import from Goldmine, but I understand that you can export your Goldmine contacts to CSV files and import those into BCM.
