I have a database of 2,000 email and i keep getting.Is it because of bad
email or is it too many email?

This action cannot be completed because business contact cannot access the
database time out expired. The timeout period elapsed to completion of the
operation or the servers is not responding.

Check with your ISP on their restrictions on how many you can send out one time

the database is timeing not the email. i'm unable to get back into the BCM
until i reboot

How many Contacts do you have in BCM. Emails are stored by Outlook.
