Copying ONe Directories from AP to Vista

Hi:
I just purchased a new Box and went with Vista and Office 2007 with One
Note. I am attempting to copy my directories from my XP Box to the One Note
Directories on my Vista Box. I keep getting "Destination Folder Access
Denied". I have the Destination folder changed from Read Only to Full
Control and the Directory is shared.
Puzzled!
Thanks, Jim

Are you on the XP box and trying to send the files TO the Vista
machine, or are you on the Vista box and trying to retrieve the files
FROM the XP box?
