So Gateway has to send me a replacement pen, quelle surprise...

Since my pen isn't working, that means I'm going to have to ... GASP!...
PRINT MY ASSIGNMENT OUT... ON *PAPER*... so that I can write on it, with a
pen and a ... yuk... REAL HIGHLIGHTER!!!!

Oh the trauma.

Please keep me in your prayers as I adjust to this horrendous situation!

Lessons I've learned...

1. never buy a computer with a finepoint pen (gateway)
2. have a backup pen at all times
3. as soon as the pen shows signs of death--call gateway
4. never buy a gateway
5. never buy a gateway
6. never buy a gateway

In just over a year, I have been through 4 hard drives, 7 pens (soon to
be 9, as my backup and main pen have both just died), 2 screens, 2
batteries, and, soon to be a motherboard (which should get me a new
computer).

Gateway is good, though, with getting you a pen. You should have one
available within 2 days.

If you have a keyboard, I recommend trying ON with the keyboard. You
will be pleasantly surprised (use an external mouse).
