How can I retain OneNote formatting & export/print/save to Word?

I love OneNote but I'm having some complications in making it fully integrate
with Word.

I'd like to be able to export/save my OneNote notes and outlines into a Word
format so that I can (a) control pagination, (b) insert headers and footers,
(c) make any other cosmetic modifications, and (d) have a format which can be
opened by more people and on more machines (which might not have OneNote).
I've found that the formatting of outlines and bullet points tends to be
particularly problematic.

Is there any way to publish/save/print/export/anything to Word? Are there
any third party plugins available?

Thank you so much!
