Product Code for MS Office Standard 2007
RamsesVI 11/25/2008 1:23:00 AM
I install MS Office Standard 2007 in Aug 2007. I am trying to install One
Note using the product code. I have typed in the code 3 times an I received
an "incorrect code " message. Any help would be appreciated.
System: HP Pavilion, Vista Home Premium, 3.50 GB memory, 2.20 free memory,
4 memory modules, Intel speed 2 Ghz

My understanding is that OneNote will have its own Product Key.
Check the CD cover or the stickers on your PC.

OneNote does not come with Office 2007 Standard. It requires it's own
product code.

OneNote is a separate product, and is not a component of Microsoft
Office 2007 Standard Edition. It requires a separate product code.

Recommendation: get the Student/Family edition. It gives you license
to have it installed on three computers. Assuming you are either a
student (or teacher), or have a family, you qualify. :D

There may actually also be a problem if there is a previous version of
Office on your computer. I had that trouble once. Search the Microsoft
website for the issue... I can't quite remember what the solution was.
