It could be corruption in the install but it may be things like these below. Do a BACKUP before you do any of these procedures!!! * Too many messages in your Inbox. Keep it clean and move the messages to another folder * Too little RAM memory. I wouldn't run with less than 1GB and 2GB is better... * Corruption in the PST file. Run SCANPST (more info in other threads here and on the web) * Corruption in the BCM database. Go to Business Contact Manager from the main menu, Database Tools, Manage Database, Check for Errors.
