Neil,
Another reason for this added synching complexity is not the Palm Treo's (or any other WM device) fault. Outlook Contacts and BCM Business Contacts are 2 entirely separate apps. Windows Mobile was designed for synching exclusively with the native Outlook contacts PST. There are 2 separate design teams within the Redmond bureacracy and they have NOT yet gotten it together enough to create a more seamless experience for the Windows Mobile user. So what do they do? Naturally, like most organizations with competitive divisions within, BCM goes its own separate way and creates an entirely separate synch conduit for your Business Contacts on the assumption that this is something that you will welcome and enjoy. If you choose to use the SEPARATE, non- integrated within WM, BCM Mobile application, you will need to do so 2 handed while using a stylus because the navigation within the Business contacts is not as robust and functional as it is within the WM Outlook contacts. This separate BCM design program works just fine but you have to live with its design limitation as is.
