finally figured out how to creat a letter and print it using my business
contact manager contacts. It worked fine. However, now I am totally stuck
when it comes to the envelopes. I have tried everything and still can't
figure out how to print the cooresponding envelopes...PLEASE HELP!!!!

Well, I was able to do a mail merge with a form letter, so I have to believe
that envelopes can be done as well. Can someone out there tell me how to do
this using Outlook BCM?????? Please??

mleigho:

You can print an envelope exactly the same way as a letter template -- just
format the template to print an envelope. There are templates included with
Word for an envelope and you choose the same contact in BCM as the letter
you printed.

Hope that helps,
Lon
