Thanks Jerry, at least I know I am not crazy.
Your work around is what I will do going forward, but interestingly enough, if I could copy a business contact I wouldn't want the history to go anyways.
Any chance this gets updated as it is a useful feature from other CRM's I have used?
By the way love the BCM product.
