Duplicate Business Contact

Anydoby know how to create a new business contact from an existing Business
contact? Seems like it ought to be a defualt feature but I can't seem to find
it. This is needed when you have multiple contacts at the same business.

Thanks,

Jon

Hi Jon,

The BCM contact store doesn't allow copy/paste directly in it. However, you
could copy your base contact into your outlook contact store, then copy that
back to BCM.

We don't support direct copy paste because of our history linking and
account interactions.

Thanks Jerry, at least I know I am not crazy.

Your work around is what I will do going forward, but interestingly enough,
if I could copy a business contact I wouldn't want the history to go anyways.

Any chance this gets updated as it is a useful feature from other CRM's I
have used?

By the way love the BCM product.

Thanks again,

Jon
