Depends on the items. File/Document items in the history are links to the files on the disk, so if the drive and folder names have changed, those won't work. You could try updating the paths in the database using sql.
BCM links to items in Outlook (Mail, Appts and Tasks) will be identified in BCM using Outlook's ID, and BCM will ask Outlook to open an item with that ID when you double-click on the item in the BCM history. I would expect those to remain constant in the PST file.
