Removing Business Contact Manager
theocroce 4/16/2007 5:06:03 PM
It sounds like in some applications, Business Contact Manager has been
installed as an add-on in the add/remove programs list in Control Panel.
When I installed BCM, it actually added in to my Outlook 2003 and did not
create an add-in for me to remove. When I add/remove programs for this, it
wants to modify Outlook 2003 which I am a bit wary of doing. I don't want to
uninstall Outlook entirely, just remove the BCM. Has anyone had this similar
situation? Please help!

There is another thread at this site that discussed this and indicated that
the title in control panel A/R programs is misleading. Apparently that item
will only remove the BCM addin, not your entire Outlook. If you find that
thread you'll see what I mean.

Search on "uninstall pocket pc" and look for a post dated 10/8/2005 for the
thread I am referring to. Good luck.
