To save changes to the Home Page views, you can use a Search Folder as described below: 1.) In the Outlook Navigation Pane, expand the "Business Contact Manager" folder and right-click on "Search Folders" 2.) Click "New Search Folder..." 3.) Type "My Open Business Projects Search Folder" in the Name textbox 4.) Select "Business Projects" from the item type list 5.) Click "Filter..." to define which projects will be displayed 6.) Under the "Percent Complete" section, check the box next to "Condition", select Less Than (<) from the drop-down list and type 100 in the Value box 7.) Click the "Review Results" tab to verify that the correct set of projects is displayed, then click "OK" 8.) Click "OK" to create the search folder 9.) Once the search folder contents are displayed, you can create a new custom view from the Outlook menu by clicking "View | Current View | Define Views...." 10.) Click "Copy" and type a name for your view 11.) Click "Modify" to adjust the fields, groupings, sort order, etc. 12.) Click "OK", then click "Apply View" 13.) Now go to the BCM home page, select the Projects tab, then click the "Add or Remove Content" 14.) Uncheck the box next to "Open Business Projects" 15.) Scroll down to the bottom of the list and check the box next to your new search folder, "My Open Business Projects Search Folder", then click "OK".
Each time you change the view on the Search Folder, its changes will be remembered and displayed in the home page.
