Users accessing database
Gordon 4/12/2007 8:56:01 AM
I have created 5 other “names” to access my data base under the “assigned to”
field. These people will have access once they have BCM installed on their
PC’s once i have finished testing, however i would like to know when they
connect can they select their names to gain access or will a new user have to
be created (by default) by their PC’s creating a problem that the info i have
put in will be assigned to a duplicate or incorrect person causing nightmares
for reports?

Gordon:

Those users will need a logon to the PC where the master BCM database is
located. Once they connect, BCM will associate their logon name with their
user name.
