importing Act data to BCM Cathy 4/10/2007 8:06:56 PM I have imported all of my contacts (10,000)into BCM from ACT 6.0. The problem is that it did not import the user defined fields that we created in ACT. the only way I have been able to import them is using formats other that .bcm. But this doesn't import the History and creates a duplicate instead of updating the contact. Any ideas on how to import BOTH--the history and the custom fields. Any help will be appreciated greatly!
