Downloaded Templates? Where are they?
rbpittman 5/11/2007 2:35:01 PM
I have a new computer with Windows Vistas, and so far I love One Note. How
do I find the templates I download with the new OS? I'm either totally
stupid this morning or just lost with the new OS and it's filing system.

Try this:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=onenote&av=TPL000

Duh! Check under c:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates or possibly MyDocuments\OneNoteNotebooks

If things are working correctly they will be installed and available
after download within Onenote - the download uses an activex control to
do this. Otherwise you can move them accordingly manually.
