Office 2003 replacement / activation

When i uninstall my genuine office 2003 student and teacher edition and then
install my genuine office 2003 professional edition, will the old activation
key be deleted for me to activate the new version or do i need to do
something so as not to cause a conflict with both programs.
i was going to uninstall using the add remove programs route.

Hi Mark,

The activations are generally separate for each product, even though stored in the same file and shouldn't be a problem. There
isn't a 'deactivation' feature in Office.
