HELP - NEW TO BCM 2007 - SIMPLE QUESTIONS - PLEASE HELP!
AB 5/24/2007 1:31:06 PM
Hi

I wonder if someone can help me these two simple requests on BCM 2007

1. I'd Like to be able to schedule a future call or task for a business
contact so that it appears in my calendar and when I click on the task/call
it opens the business contact's record - HAVE I DELETED THE TOOL BAR WITH THE
BUTTON FOR THIS? I can't find the option for this.

2. I'd like to delete some of the items on the business contact general info
page - i only seem to be able to add stuff - HAVE I MISSED SOMETHING?

Thanks - I realise these are very basic questions - I'd appreciate a pointer
from someone in the know.

Regards

AB

If anyone has a place i can go download a manual - I'd be gratefull.

1. Create your your appointment in the Outlook Calendar. In the
appointment's ribbon you should see button titled "Link to Record".
Use that to link the appointment to a contact. You can later use the
same button to add more links or open the contact.

2. I don't think you can delete the exisiting field on the forms.
